What Happens When You Call
We start by asking what you are noticing at the tap: a chlorine smell, white spots on glassware, scale on showerheads, or a taste you just do not like. Then we set a time to test your water at your home in Allen or a nearby town like Plano, McKinney or Wylie. The person who answers is part of the same small crew that comes out, so you will not repeat your story.
If you already know what you want, such as a reverse osmosis unit under the kitchen sink or a whole-home filter on the main line, we can talk through a quote by phone. We will ask about your plumbing so the estimate reflects the real job, including pipe material, valve access and where a drain line can run.
Helpful to Have Ready Before You Call
- Know roughly where your main water line and shutoff valve are, often in the garage or a utility closet.
- Note what bothers you about your water and where you see it, such as kitchen tap taste or scale on a particular fixture.
- If you have an existing softener or filter, tell us its brand and about how old it is.
- For a reverse osmosis question, check whether there is an electrical outlet and open space under your kitchen sink.
