The Small Crew Behind Water Filtration Allen

We are a small water filtration company in Allen, TX. The person who tests your water is the person who sizes the equipment, sets it in your home and comes back if a fitting weeps. You deal with a few familiar faces, not a call center.

Why We Keep the Crew Small

Water treatment usually goes wrong in the handoffs. A salesperson reads a test, a different installer guesses at the plumbing, and a third person answers the service call without knowing what was put in. Each gap is a chance for a softener sized for the wrong flow rate or a carbon tank installed with no bypass valve.

So we stay small on purpose. The same people handle your water test, the written recommendation, the install and any follow-up. When we come back, we already know where your main line enters, which way the drain runs and what media sits in each tank.

That also limits how many jobs we take in a week. We would rather schedule you a few days out than rush an install. Fewer jobs leaves time to pressure-test every connection and show you the bypass and filter changes before we leave.

How We Work in Your Home

  1. 01

    Test results before equipment

We start with a water test and a written water report, and we go through the numbers with you: hardness, chlorine or chloramine, total dissolved solids and anything else the test picks up. If a reading does not support a water softener or a UV system, we say so. Equipment follows the results.

  2. 02

    Sized to your plumbing

A whole-home filter or softener has to keep up with your peak flow, like two showers and a dishwasher running at once. We check line size, household water use and where the equipment can sit with room for a drain and service access. Undersized tanks cause pressure drop, and oversized ones can channel and waste media.

  3. 03

    Careful installs

Drop cloths go down before any pipe is cut. We join the new equipment with fittings matched to your pipe material and include a bypass valve, which lets you route water around the tanks when they need service. For reverse osmosis under the sink, we mount the faucet, run the drain line at the right point and watch for slow drips before we pack up. Standard professional installation is included for qualifying homes.

  4. 04

    A clear handoff

Before we leave, you will know how to put the system in bypass, what each cartridge or lamp does and roughly when it needs changing. A UV lamp loses output before it burns out, so we explain the replacement schedule instead of waiting for it to go dark.

Where We Work

Allen is home base. From here our crew travels to homes in Plano, Fairview, Lucas, Parker, McKinney, Frisco, Richardson, Murphy, Wylie and The Colony. Because the same few people go out on every job, a house a few towns over is handled by the same hands as one around the corner. The Service Areas page lists more detail.

Start With What's in Your Water

One phone call puts your water test on the calendar, or gets you a quote if you already know what you need. You will talk with the people who would actually do the work.
